MAC Face and Body....
My absolute saviour... this stuff is magic. A thin liquidy (<--thats not a word.) formula perfect for my dry skin, starts off as a light (tinted moisturiser) coverage and can be buffed into the skin and layered to create a medium to high coverage foundation the more you work with it. I honestly couldn't sing this products praises any higher, no matter what foundation I use I always come back to this... Summer and winter it works great. It also lasts ages.... like honestly ages! These 120ml bottles have taken me months to even make a dent in.
This stuff is my Holy Grail!!!
The colours I uses are C1 in winter, C3 generally and C5 with a tan.
Mascara .... Mascara Full Stop.
I need mascara in my life. My little eyes live for mascara, to make me look awake and open my eyes. Although my lashes are dark and have a fair curl to them mascara is definitely a must have for me! It still makes a world of difference to my eyes and face.
My favourite mascara is Lancome Hypnose, its skinny wand and brush are perfect for my eyes as with big brushes it gets a bit messy. It helps create a tight curl and gets mascara right to the base of the lashes and not all over my eyelid. Another mascara I love and is a bit more reasonable.... is the Rimmel Lash Accelerator. It's half the price at £7.99 from Superdrug and Boots and boy does it do an excellent job! However to my despair.... i think it has been discontinued... i've searched for a few weeks in various stores and its vanished. I'm so gutted as it was certainly helping my purse and my lashes and now its gone.... I hope this is only temporary and it will make a come back. Keeping my fingers crossed.
Liquid Liner...
Oh eyeliner... this is like my trademark I honestly cant remember the first time I started wearing liquid eyeliner, its been with me since forever. I was never the Kohl eyeliner kinda gal... that's what everyone wore at school and I tried it but it never worked for me and I very rarely wear Kohl liner these days.
Liquid liner on the other hand just works for me. I love a little winged flick and don't feel like me without a little wing on my eye. I feel like I defy odds, they say you should wear black eyeliner if you have small eyes as it makes eyes appear even smaller but just that little line and flick on my top lash line extends my eye outward and makes the lashes appear thicker and luscious.
One of my favourite liquid liners is this Maybelline master precise liquid eyeliner. Its a felt tip pen basically with liquid liner as the ink. It has a really fine tip and long taper which makes it ideal for just laying it along the lashes and creating a beautiful pointed wing. This liner is perfect for a quick swoop of the eye to create a effortless flick. It takes a little bit of practise but once ya got it that eyeliner will be on point!!
Eyebrowsssssss
Everyday I have to battle with my eyebrows! The daily struggle is real.
My dream its to have beautiful thick, high arched brows that are effortless and always so naturally groomed looking.... but I don't. Naturally the shape is all over the place and I have an arch in the centre of the brow and been over plucking them for years and years, so they need a lot of work for them to be on fleek. So brow products in general are a must have in my makeup collection.
The 2 things I love at the moment and for last 6 months are the Anastasia Dipbrow Pomade in the shade Ebony perfect for creating beautifully sharp and thick full brows that are set and stay in place all day long. The second is a budget item, Collection work the colour eyebrow kit. Its so super sweet, 3 little compact eyebrow powders, a mini duo ended brush, mirror and a miniature eyebrow gel. Its amazing and what I use on a day to day basis, to create softer and build-able brows.
Both these items allow me to transform my brows everyday and create different shapes and colour depths and reach maximum fleekness.

Best lip balm ever !! Need I say anymore.
Nothing is worse than chapped lips and boy does this product sort them out, it soothes and makes them feel like a brand new pair of lips. It sent is so comforting and smells a little like Vix vapour rub so helps to clear them air waves and leaves you lips all tingly and fresh. It perfect for winter with chapped lips and summer with burnt and dry lips, its such a little rescuer and keeps my lips hydrated all year round. Its such a classic and maybe the only lip balm i've come near to finishing!
So that's my holy grail products and makeup staples that I couldn't live without!!
